What if you cast a powerful love spell on someone only to find out later they are dead?

Spell work is nothing to toy with. How do you know that the spell didn't have something to do with their death? Maybe your spell was the direct cause of it.

Spells come to fruition in the strangest ways sometimes, that is why they can be dangerous. You should not be toying with spells if you do not know how to protect yourself and common sense.

For example: If someone does a spell to get skinny, it can backfire and they might find themselves with a disease that makes them loose weight.. like cancer.

Well, they're dead aren't they - so they are not going to be rising from the grave or any such thing, what you might have stupidly done is bind that person to you in another life still to come.

You really shoudn't (imo) cast spells to force people to do this or that - not only are you interfering in another persons life path - and what gives you that right? - but you are also storing up trouble for yourself. Whilst you were obsessing over your lost love, you might have missed something or someone very important in your life, and in any future life, likewise, whilst you are bound to this lost love's soul, he might be complete prat in this new life, and you're stuck with him.

There was a reason you and your "long lost love" split up in the first place, and that reason probably hasn't gone away.

Do not cast spells without a better idea of what the heck you are playing at, and at least having given some thought to the ramifications of what you are up to!

If you're writing a story, that's a really good plot! I would think that the person who cast the spell would never ever find love in their life, until they die, as love spells are for two people. Casting a love spell on someone will bring about severe negative karma because you are altering someone else's free will. So not only would the caster be forever unfulfilled, but the deceased person would never be free either. They would be unable to 'cross over' and be caught in limbo until the caster dies. It would be very sad for everyone involved!

Love is a strong force in this world, maybe even strong enough to will them from the dead. But that's an interesting question there.

Well, you drop dead and go to the afterlife where you return to your love... what else could happen?
