Why is my dryer doing this?

My three year old Maytag dryer is leaving black streaks on my clothes. They look like a pencil line. I've checked the drum and all the other parts (and wiped them down with a bleach solution) and can find no reason for this. I'm certain I'm not putting a pencil in with EVERY load, so any advice would be appreciated

The drum spins on a track. Seems as though the seal is broken, and as the dryer heats the oil used to lubricate the track is seeping. As your clothes are tumbling, they run across the oil leaving a thin line.
