In the credits at the end, there is a message that says the cast and crew give a big thanks to Axl Rose. Anybody know why? Great movie by the way!

Axl gave Mickey the rights to use Sweet Child of Mine in The Wrestler FOR FREE because it was so low budget, Mickey Rourke said that at the golden globe awards during his acceptance speech!
