    pros:

    ~you can wear sunglasses

~you generally look a little more confident

~you can wear headbands with them on.

~you can wear them in the water

~you can roughhouse with them, and they don't fall off.

    cons:

~they can dry out and be quite hard to remove

~if you fall asleep in them they can get stuck

~they can be annoying when your tired and need to take them out

~they can sting if you don'tt clean them enough

~makeup can get all over them

Your 14 going on 15? I though 7 came after 14...obviously. anyways...there really aren't any cons to contact lenses. They get kind of pricey but insurance usually pays for a lot of them. There really aren't any other cons that I can think of. I have contacts and I love them

    Pros

they help you see better than glasses (in my case)

    They usually look better

they are better for sports and other activities

    Cons

if you lose them then you cant see until you can replace them

you have to take them out and put them in every morning/night

If you want to convince your parents, tell them you are responsible enough and can handle it

they're way more convenient than glasses.

but if you fall asleep in them, they're a pain in the butt to get out. and sometimes it hurts to get them out (depending on the kind you buy.)

if you forget to clean them they get foggy.

    (at least mine do)

if they fall out, and you dont have any contact solution with you, you're basically screwed. i usually just put them in water though. even though you arent supposed to do that.

But i definitely prefer contacts over glasses.
