How long must one bounce before getting some alpha wave action?

I hear leaping up and down on a trampoline makes your brain become super tuned and serene.

I have a mini re-bounder which I tend to 'boing' on and off again as I pass by it on my way somewhere else in the house. The most I've ever done was a couple of minutes.

I have PHDs in lots of things anyway, but will a good old lengthy bounce make me even more of a whizz?

I also believe in boinking for a super tuned and serene feeling.

However...you should try it for more than a few minutes, Lefty....boinking should be done for at least 15 minutes to acquire fine tuning and serenity.

Bouncing up and down always seems to clear my head and bring that relaxed peaceful feeling...

    Ohhhh...serenity Now!!

If you're shorter than the others people and you'd to find a way to also points out somehow then you have to take a go through the Vert Shock system by Adam Folker that you will discover here https://tr.im/lt8as .

The key difference between Vert Shock and one other jump applications comes right down to the important points you will maybe not need to do loads and a great deal of getting or to make use of large weights.

Vert Shock lets you exercise without needing a gym or buying loads to use the plan advertising this is way this program is the greatest on the market.

Most of the younger people I know think Green Day is old. I find that funny since they came out when I was about 3. I grew up listening to older bands. Most of them tour today and I really love going to their concerts but I do get crap from teens about my music. They say only old people can go. I disagree many songs are appealing and sound better. It's also helpful that at my school, there is a club that is dedicated to the Beatles, we had celebration for John's Birthday. I find it encouraging knowing that many of my peers have some music in common because beyond the Beatles we really don't listen to the same bands. Classic rock strangely reunites people whom in the first place would never really have anything in common.

Depending on what you are bouncing up and down on and for how long you'll get an endorphin high... you need to get hot n' sweaty to get those alpha waves whizzing Dr Leftie!

    Ooh er! : )

My dear stop bouncing....you will only bruise your eyes....The best alpha waves that I have received were during a meditation or nice massage, (of course Scoundy has been known to do that best!) So deep breath through the nose and out the mouth gently rub your ears and say whooooo saaaaaaaa!!!!!!

If its alpha wave action you need Lefty, you're doing it wrong dear gal. You need to jump up and down on the floor and let your boobs do the bouncing.

  • My dear the only thing alpha-waving on a trampoline when I bounce is my bosom. This does nothing for my brain, but has been known to render unintelligible the already compromised male-brain. Toodle pip...boiiing.

Oh my dear Leftfoot, you fell for the old "girls bouncing on trampolines makes them smarter" trick? Tell me, did he also tell you that doing jumping jacks in a tight shirt while trying to touch your elbows together behind your back would get those waves a-flowin'? And each of the above activities are amplified in brain-strengthening power if you let him video tape you during the exercise?

Source(s): Because it's all true, I swear. Half hour should be good. Have him forward the video to me too.
