- Most of the time - yah because I'm not the type of person that gives away one sentence answer. I don't care about 2 points nor did I care about 10 points. What I care about is whether my answer are helpful or not. When a person asked a question in Y!Answers, they are looking for a helpful answers - that's what we're all here for. I wouldn't blame those that are on Level 1 though because they probably aren't familiar with Y!A. I will only get annoyed by those that are Level 2 and above (especially those that already has their avatar done, answered and asked bunch of question, edited their 'about me' profile etc).

+++ On Other Words, what I mean to say is if it Annoys you when you Answered a Question pretty well and you get the feeling that you might get picked as Best Answer...Then you go back and it's in Voting. Does that Annoy you?

- As of right now, I only answered a fact-based question - "Which manga chapter are this from", "Which episodes are this from" type of question. I rarely answer a recommendation Q's because it's easier to 'cheat' on that Q's (no offense). Just used a search tab and sites like MAL, Mangaupdates, Wikipedia etc to find a similar genre, copy paste the synopsis and presto - you're done. I rarely answer P&S question because usually the BA are randomly chosen and based on friendship material (or who gives the funniest answer).

- I'm confused whether the BA are really helpful or is it the one they are looking for. One of the reason I wouldn't mind not getting a BA is because when the Q's are resolved by the questioner, I will learned something from that particular question. What did I learned? Depends if the questioner left a comment because at least I will learned what goes wrong with my answer;

- That being said, I prefer if the questioner choose a BA - and left a comment after that. From that I will get a little more insight of how and what should I do when providing an answers in the future. After all, the main reason we are all here is to help others. Still, there are certain questioner here that purposely put their question into voting and purposely choose a random BA (because of some personal reason) even though they already have a BA-material in sight. There are also some that forgot to choose BA (busy with their life) or too late to picked a BA on their question (Internet issue etc).

- Honestly, I do votes for myself as BA (What, am I the only honest guy here?). However, I only votes on a question that I work hard for and the factual question - NOT an opinionated question. The reason I'm voting for myself are because the questioner will still received a notification email saying the voters has chosen the BA for them. Which mean, even if they don't selected the BA themselves, they can still get the right answer for their question. Unless there are others that uses a multiple account to votes themselves as BA even though their answer aren't really that helpful or fact-wise.

- Yep that really annoys me, that happens to me A LOT! I give this well detailed answer and well thought out on what that person needs and wants, just to not get best answer and whats worse I lose it to someone who probably just put an answer for the 2 points.

- Just recently some else got the best answer for a recommendation on animes when I'm pretty sure all they did was go to some anime site and copy and paste it and I took the time and effort to actually think about what that person wanted and make a good list. Sorry I ranted a bit. DX

Yes, it does annoy me. I mean, when I work hard on an answer, I word pretty darn hard (as in, I'll have paragraphs written >.>"). So, when I see the other short answers that don't answer the question and compare them to mine, a full answer that answers more than the question, I think I have a good chance at best answer. Then I go to check back a couple days later only to see that the asker was too lazy to hand out a best answer. -_____-" It makes me infuriated sometimes.

I only get annoyed when they don't choose best answer. Somebody took there time to give you an answer. Just pick somebody. Because if you don't pick someone, Stephen K or anybody could come with multiple accounts and pick themselves and they'll win for sure and it won't even be best answer.

But when somebody picks somebody who answered a few lines. Instead of a whole paragraph. That's due to the individual. Sometimes you can give a whole two pages of material and not say anything and there are others who can say. one paragraph and say all they need to say. It has to do with being precise and to the point.

In other words, pithy! :)

I like to try and watch 2 or 4 hours of tv every day. Doesn't matter if it's the weekend or weekday.

It does kind of, but I realize people want straight and simple answers most of the time. Not long winded ones.

The amount of anime I watch on either weekend or weekday is dependent on how much time I want to give them.
