I am African American. My hair is wet it's curly (springy like). What product should I use to rock the natural?

I would like to know which products will keep my hair from looking frizzy, as well as maintaining a shine. I have always wanted to wear my hair curly, but I've been unsuccessful in finding the right product.

I'm assuming your natural. You can always try a curl activator or a soft gel, or any number of curl defining products. Depending on your hair's texture it might be hard or easy. Also, if your hair is healthy then it will be easier to bring out your natural curl pattern. Curl activator will bring out your curl pattern and will keep your hair moisturized.

My hair is healthy so I it's much easier to bring out my natural curl pattern with the least amount of products, but then again it also depends on your hair's texture. As far a shine, afro-textured hair usually doesn't shine because light cannot bounce off curly hair like it does straight hair, so curly hair has more sheen than shine. I use olive oil to seal and that also gives my hair shine.

I use Wen cleansing conditioner and this keeps my hair frizz free.
