Helping out a friend who needs help finding a daycare (particularly) in SF. She is on a fixed income, he child is 4 so she would like it to be a preschool/daycare setting. Are there services or programs that can help cover some (if not all) of the costs?

I'll be visiting during spring break and (weather permitting) what are some fun things to do down there on a warm sunny day?

I've been w/this guy for 4 years, and we have 1 child together. I gave this man everything and he cheated on me. I tried to make it work, but obviously the trust has been broken. He say's he's trying to mend fences but I feel like he's not doing enough. How can I take that 1st step into trusting him, or is this just a lost cause???

I have terrible stress management and it seems to go straight into my shoulders. I don't have a lot of money to splurge on a massage, but I really need to get this stress rubbed out. Any suggestions of places (or massage schools) that can help, but won't cause a major dent in my wallet?
