I am 25 years old. What stretches can get me flexible enough to do the splits?

I know it's lame but it's always been my dream to be able to do the splits.

    strattle, lunge stretch, butterfly stretch,

    stretch your groin alot.

    you have to stretch every day to be able to do it, and it'll take a couple of weeks to et flexible enough.

    Sit down almost indian style and put your feet together and push down on your knees. Then while your feet are still together stretch your hands out as far as you can.
