There are no clips released yet, the first trailer will be released in theatres on August 14th, 2009. The movie will debut on November 20th, 2009.
There was a 15 minute clip of New Moon shown at the Cannes Film Festival yesterday, but no one released it yet.

Clips from the movie aren't supposed to be out yet but I heard a rumor that maybe there might be one on the MTV movie awards?

There's going to be a sneak preview movie clip for New Moon on the MTV Movie Awards on May 31!!!!!!!!!! I'm sooo going to watch it. You should watch it, too. It's on the MTV Movie Awards. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!

try imdb in the future, as if anything new on new moon is out, they'll be the first to know. you can look at reviews, info, ratings in the future.
