Why is it that we feel sick when we don't have food in our stomachs?
Like, in the morning before I eat I always feel vomity. Why?

because while your sleep u dont eat and once your wake up you need something in your system and not having food in your system will have you sick, vomity, nauseous and maybe even pass out
