Aren't Republicans being obstructionists in refusing to declare Al Franken the winner in Minnesota?

Update:

I have no faith in the Republican method of counting votes or accepting defeat. They are their own worst enemy, using these delaying tactics and looking foolish.

At this point it seems so. Last I heard, Al Franken had the higher vote tally and there was no way for (what's his name?) to catch up.

The best thing for the Republicans is to keep Al Franken out of office whatever way they can.

Oh, like the dems just conceded defeat in Florida in 2000? You guys are STILL crying about that.

In case you haven't watched the news recently, he cheated.

That kinda means he shouldn't have been calculated as the winner due to the fact... he didn't win.
