Is there some sort of neosporinesque stuff for your inner ear?
i got my *** kicked recently and somehow got a cut in my inner ear that just wont ******* heal right. i have no health insurance boo hoo. how do i take care of this myself?

Half and half hydrogen peroxide and warm water several times a day. If it doesn't start feeling better soon you really should see a doctor if at all possible to avoid a serious infection of the ear canal.
You can also use antibiotic ointment in the outer ear - it's just getting it on the right spot that will be tricky. I'd stick with the peroxide and water treatment - it's going to sound REALLY weird in your head, though!
