A better way to spend 700 Billion Dollars?

I say the heck with the Banks and the Auto Industry. They dug their own grave so I say let them get buried.

Lets spend the 700 Billion Dollars by finding and prosecuting the Internet E-mail scams I get 10 times a day that rake in Billions each year

    How about not spending the 700 billion at all. The government can't do anything right, 700 billion would have been wasted no matter what it was going to be used for.
