I want a free program that can convert Widows Media Player formatted files into MP 3 format. Please recommend something that can be done by someone who is itarded. Also, I don't want a program that bombards me with ads and might as well be a virus.

I have a Brother MFC-4510DW. I want to figure out how to get the OCR scanner to work. The printer isn't pre-set to work, so don't tell me it is. When I attempt to use the OCR scanner, it says "Check connection". The printer is connected to the network and so is the computer that the document will go to.

If it is possible, is there software that will allow me to use the scanner without using Brother's crap software.

A Semi-Presidential system is when the government has an elected President that has power over the legislature. In this system the legislature is led by a Prime Minister. I want to become a private tutor to help pay for college and was wondering what laws would interfere with this. I figure I would need a business license, but what else?

I want a good place to get Russian food in the city. This place must be budget friendly and not formal. This restaurant must be within walking distance of a Muni route because I will be taking public transportation.

I am looking for a good place to get Italian food. I am in the college student that wants to get authentic food on a budget. I will also be visiting the city by public transportation so don't recommend a place that is inconvenient to get to from a Muni route. I also want a place that isn't to formal and that also serves lunch.

Many people want the US to start using the Metric System because it is easier to use compared to the US/British Imperial Systems. For instance, there are 1000 grams per kilogram, 500 grams is approximately a pound. This wouldn't be difficult for people to pick up. It would be easier to price compare things in stores if everything was in metric. For example, I was in the grocery store last week comparing the prices of pepperoni, one was 0.35 pounds and the other was 3.5 ounces, I converted the weights into grams which were 158 grams and 100 grams respectively. It is the same for liters. I do admit it would be problematic to start using meters and kilometers because we are not used to them. Another irrational example of the use of American units is that rooms are measured in square feet and flooring is sold in square yards. Where as those measurements are recorded in square meters in the metric system.

I know the conversion will cost the government money to make new road signs, but it could be mandated that the signs get converted as they are replaced. The conversion would also help our industries because everything would be on a metric standard and our companies wouldn't get passed up because we don't make parts in the metric system. Also, we could give companies a tax write off for the conversion to minimize the cost of companies to the Metric System.

I've seen various travel shows that show hotel rooms in Europe that look like ones in American cities and they quote the price as 400 Euros and its a good price. When I say rooms, I mean the standard bedroom in American hotels and what ever the equivalent is called in Europe. I ask this question because three times the price of a good hotel in Europe is a decent vacation in the United States (Ex Hawaii). I know there are cheaper accommodations and I'm not looking for recommendations, I just want to know why this is the way it is.

It seems odd that a dollar buys more in foreign countries than it does in it native country. I know this is true in other countries as well, I'm just using Ecuador as an example.

I have noticed that bottles of wine are sold in 750 mL bottles. I was wondering why they aren't sold in a full liter. The only thing I can figure is it is based off some traditional pre Metric units and it is approximately 750 mL.

I've looked up some BJJ techniques and they seem easy to do with my limited knowledge in DZR jujitsu. Is the ability of anyone with almost any jujitsu/judo background to replicate BJJ why this is the case.
