Russian food in San Francisco?

I want a good place to get Russian food in the city. This place must be budget friendly and not formal. This restaurant must be within walking distance of a Muni route because I will be taking public transportation.

Cinderella is good for cheap/informal. Very comfort-food oriented. Does have seating if you wish to, well, sit... but also easy to just get a to-go order. A lot of people complain that some of their food is too greasy/sloppy... well, yeah, that's kinda the point. Delicious, though. Again, definitely on the comfort side of the spectrum (as opposed to, say, Katia's Russian Tea Room).

Lots of bakeries/delis, with pre-made food (albeit made daily/on site) to get even quicker/cheaper... just grab and go, no seating. Moscow & Tbilisi Bakery and Gastronom are 2 good ones. Europa (the one on Geary is the best... the Irving one is pretty good) and especially New World Market also have some easy grab-and-go pre-made food (again, fresh daily and on site), but are moreso Russian (/Ukrainian, Latvian, etc... to a lesser degree) grocery stores. The former is focused more on imported packaged items, but has a good selection of cheeses, meats, etc... The latter has *slightly* less pre-packaged imports, but lots more produce and fresh/pickled stuff.

There are also some proper sit-down restaurants - sit at a table and be waited on and all that - but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for and, frankly, I think the more informal places have better food and are much cheaper (and definitely more vegetarian options in general, if that's a factor for you).
