Do you think the US will be better served by a Semi-Presidential System?
A Semi-Presidential system is when the government has an elected President that has power over the legislature. In this system the legislature is led by a Prime Minister. According to some, it would be better for any country because it allows the country to have a strong Presidency along with the advantages of having a parliament.
