You need to first see a family doctor to find out what is ok for you. Everyone is different. It is ok to be a little overweight or a little underweight based on your height/weight/etc.
Then get recommended to see a nutritionist. Decide then if you're ready to cut back on calories and still eat healthy. Be active. Remain on a constant routine or at least don't be a couch potato. You should be fine. Just do those steps and decide on your own first.
Do not take diet pills or loose a lot of weight by alternative dieting before talking to your doctor. They've been known to hurt, even kill people in some cases, especially if you have a thyroid condition or an immune issue. Sometimes all you need is to add more vitamins, stay active, and stick to the 2,000 calorie a day ut since everyone's situation is different, this is why you need you need to see a physician and a nutritionist first.
