I have a flair for reading continuously without getting tired. I am 69 and healthy. How'll this effect me?
I read fiction, biographies, magazines, dailies etc and enjoy. Many of my kin feel it is too much and I should indulge in other recreational activities too to keep myself active, like walking , meeting people etc. I do these too. I am a social animal, that way. Pl comment.

People who read a lot tend to be less susceptible to Alzheimer disease. You've made it this far so I think you're doing fine.
