3 negative tests then 2 positives unsure about how far along i am....help!?
Ok my last period was 19th March and like clockwork my cycle is normally 28 days but ihave ntohing from then. when i missed the first one i did a test (2 in a pack so used both) negative result also went to docs forgot i had to give a sample and had already been to the loo so i drank loads of water to give a sample which probably diluted the hcg levels but again negative test. thought i had a stomach bug as i was being sick but thought to take another test and low and behold very strong blue lines but wondering should i calculate my date from my past period - i do have a docs appointment on thursday and cant believe i already have a bump as this is my 2nd baby i suppose this is expected earlier
to shan if your period is late buy a test and do first morning sample this is best to test and should give you a true result i waited because i had negative result but thought something strange when i was sick and bloated only found out friday past

This is exactly what happened to me. You probably ovulated later than you normally do, which means you can't just use an online due date predictor. My doctor had me do some blood work to measure my hcg levels, and then scheduled a dating ultrasound. In the ultrasound they measure the size of your uterus and fetus, and they can approximate where you are to the day. I was at 6 weeks and 6 days when I had mine. That's really the best way to find out exactly how far along you are. Good luck!

If your doc doesn't want to do an ultrasound then you can request a blood test. By measuring the HCG levels they can give you a better idea of which month you got pregnant. With my last two pregnancies I didn't get a positive test until a full week after I was late, so I would assume you got pregnant the first month and just didn't test late enough.

attempt taking a digital attempt, think about ovulated late on on your cycle. The digital attempt could be able to allow you to recognize more advantageous or less what number weeks you're. you could also get a blood attempt finished or relationship experiment finished with the help of your Dr. Sorry for no longer being more advantageous efficient! i'm not answering your question sorry but i was wondering if you could answer mine because i'm kinda in the same boat i'm 4 days late for my period and yesterday when i was 3 days late i took a pregnancy test and it came up negative so could i still be pregnant? i drank a bottle of water too before doing the test so i could pee as soon as i got home, how long did it take you before you got a positive? thanks if you can answer this.
