That's what I thought too when I first heard the song! But, when you listen to the lyrics a little closer, it becomes clear she's talking about dancing and actually sticking 'bottoms' in the air.
She's on Nickelodeon. She was also in Akeelah and the Bee, which was a movie that came out a few years ago about spelling bees.
