No. Yes. Sort of. I've seen it happen. I know, its also on a southpark episode. But it actually IS possible.
If you had a blockage somewhere in your intestine, then everything eventually backs up. If it cannot go one way, it will most surely eventually go the other way. Think of it as a backed up septic tank. It WILL come up if it cannot find another way out.
I've seen it. It's disgusting. it smells awful. You'd be in SEVERE discomfort, very bloated, and probably have been so for many days. They would most likely put an NG tube down and start suctioning all that crap out and then deal with a blockage.

No, I don't think a healthy person vomits feces. This happens only if you have a bowel obstruction of some sort. And cases like this are very rare because the odds are that your intestine will rupture, Ive never seen it happen, just read about it in a book.

yes it is possible but not probable. this can occur via two mechanisms. the first would be a large bowel obstruction which is relatively rare, the other would be a fistula connecting the large bowel and your duodenum also unlikely unless you have crohn's disease or have had an abdominal abcess. it sounds like you probably have a small bowel obstruction, feces is also present in the small bowel, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.

The answer to your question is yes, and that would in fact be feces that would be coming up.. I am a medical professional, this occurance is very rare though and unfortunately anyone who has had this happen to them has died shortly afterwards..

Yes, under extreme medical conditions people have been known to vomit poop. It's gross but possible, although you can't do it by sticking your finger down your throat you have to be really, really sick.
