If General Motors Automotive Company closes it doors...?

Will the extended warranty I purchased when I purchased my new car be honored other places if there are no more GM Dealers or should I request a refund and cancel the extended warranty?

GM is simply in debt to the government now the government bailed them out of having to close their doors..But they will not be going out of business anytime soon. They are just a government owned company now.

They are not closing the doors. They are going into bankruptcy reorganization. So there will be parts and dealers to continue service and warranty on GM cars. The average person will see very little difference except a few dealers that are closing.......................md

There will still be GM...they are going bankrupt not closing the doors and stop producing vehicles.

If push comes to shove, GM will just make more than 3.4L v6 engines and Buicks in China.

You'll be fine in terms of getting parts, and in that event, pathetic excuses for vehicles.
