- Ongoing. I would think that I'd prefer completed because of the accessibility and convenience, but in reality, I guess I want what I can't have. I've been meaning to finish watching Wolf's Rain for two years, whereas I faithfully waited to watch new episodes of Death Note every Saturday.

2) In Bleach, the Arrancar are supposed to be evil, and the shinigami are supposed to be good. White often implies the good side, and black the bad. So why do you think the Arrancar the ones wearing white, and the shinigami are wearing black?

- ..I had SUCH a long answer here.. Okay, well, I'm not too familiar with the series. I have absolutely no clue who the Arrancar are. But anyway, so, shinigami are like the personification of death, right? Like the Grim Reaper. Kinda. Sorta. And death definitely makes me think of black, moreso than good versus evil does. Especially since these days, villains are often depicted as suave, maybe more feminine (more "white") while the good guys are often more rugged and not quite as charming (more "black"). (Of course, if the Arrancar are also totally involved with death, what I'm saying is pretty much invalidated.) And according to one fanfiction I read (yeah, I know, great source, eh?), white is the color of mourning and death in Japan.. okay, yeah, that sounds more like it'd fit the shinigami, but death = bad, so.. hey.. And black's associated with nobility. (I think it was a terrible Inuyasha fanfic. Like, Kouga was in ceremonial black robes to be crowned.. king.. of his wolf castle.. or something.. I don't know.) And. And. And. Black is fashionable.

- Do you mean "killer" as in someone who has killed or someone who kills? I feel a difference there.. Like, there's a difference between one man killing another in the climax of an epic fight, and a guy sneaking around murdering people. I'm gonna assume you mean more the latter, 'cause I can. So.. Death Note. And.. Death Note. ..It's half past seven in the morning and for some reason I still haven't gone to bed, give me a break, my brain feel in half. That "feel" is a typo, but I kept it because it's ironic and good timing.

- Well, psychological is describing the mind. It's what's IN the mind. It's thinking, it's feeling, it's perceiving, it's conceiving, it's imagining, it's judging, it's rationalizing. Philosophical is describing, like, what comes of those abilities. It's questioning.. everything. It's trying to find answers to any and all questions. It's the pursuit of wisdom. That's. Um. What Socrates would say. 'Cause, yanno, the unexamined life is not worth living.

2) Which do you prefer to write with – pencils or pens?

- PEEEeeEENssS. I am strictly loyal to BiC medium round stic pens with blue ink.

- Nope. Can you tell? ;) I just threw on a username because I had a question and wanted an impersonal account with which to pose it. Never thought I'd use to so much. And I have a bit of a problem with changing usernames.. It took me three or four years to finally get a new AIM screen name. I feel like if I change it, I'll upset the cosmic balance or something.

- I try not to pay much attention. I'm always peeved at "reg," though. After seeing it beaten into the ground on Gaia, it still bugs me here.

>> Maybe because Shinigami are those who harvest (?O.o) The souls of the dead by sending them to Soul Society. Like the Grim Reaper who is always portrayed wearing black. So maybe that's why... And since Arrancar are the opposite od shinigami they wear white

But if it was airing, then I would have to wait a week and break up the series. Also, usually the widescreen and/or HD version is out, which might not be out until weeks after the initial release.

In the Japanese culture, black symbolizes royalty. Maybe that has something to do with it. And the white might also symbolize emptiness or emotionless.

For manga, I like both :D Ongoing gives you something to look forward to, while completed gives you something that you will know the next volume is on the shelf when you go to the book store ^w^
