There is some stuff you can find at just about any pharmacy and walmart too, it's called Little Noses. It works great! You squirt a drop of the stuff up there and it loosens everything then you suction it out with the bulb that comes with it. It is the best stuff ever!

get a water bulb, like a thing that sucks up water and when you squeeze it squirts it back out, just dont put water in it.... squeeze it and gently insert it into her nostril but not too far, and let it suck the mucus out. Repeat as needed. Also keep her wiped with baby wipes to keep the irritated skin down some.

I seen on the doctors show that you can run really hot water in the bathroom with the door shut and you holding the baby for a lil while will help clear it from the steam!! Hope i helped
