What are some ideas for breakfast that are low in fiber and calcium, but not just empty calories?

I take a thyroid medication in the mornings that is made less effective if I eat things high in fiber, iron, or calcium at the same time, but I need to eat breakfast to not feel like a zombie for the rest of the morning. Any suggestions on what I could have for breakfast?

    Well potatoes are good, but they are high in iron. Its a hard question, because most breakfast products are trying to cram hundreds of "nutrients" into a serving or two. Most cereals, bars, etc are ruled out because most of them all have iron, calcium and lots of fiber....I'm thinking you've already discovered this though. A strawberry banana smoothie would be a good option. 1 cup strawberries, HALF a banana as they are high in fiber, some juice, yogurt if you like. You really should get a dietitian though, you have interesting eating requirements. Google is amazing for finding what the nutrition facts for any food is by the way.
