Our doctor used the term "clinical reaction", but did not provide a clear explanation. A web search shows this is a very common term, but I cannot find a definition, even in the online medical terminology dictionaries. Can anyone provide a concise explanation of the term and possibly provide the URL of a site supporting this definition? Thanks!

CLINICAL: of or related to direct observation and treatment of patients, as opposed to theory or laboratory research.
REACTION: a movement, action, or response in reverse direction or manner.
