The Cameras are hosed in white and big box almost a foot long. This is more like web cam sized thing i have seen at so many signals

its a sensor for emergency vehicles when the sensor picks up the flashing lights on the aid unit it turns the lights from red to green
with that in mind when driving along roads with those sensors flash your high beams on and off the light should change for you save some waiting time some states though this illegal like in Washington state just don't get caught its a light sensor for flashing lights not limited to emergency vehicles but you didn't hear that from me shhhhhhh.

That is a sensor for the strobe lights from emergency vehicles that will give them a green light, or depending on programming, turn all lights red.
