1. Medicine can now make a totally independent human being, a person from any normal skin cell of your body. If you remove a tumor, and take some normal skin cells along with that tumor, have you committed murder, or performed an abortion?

2. Fertilized ova, not used in fertility clinics are thrown away. By doing so, have those people committed abortion.... murder???

That would depend on the type of cancer, I guess. It is true that the genetic code of a cancer cell is not the same as the genetic code of a normal human cell (that's what makes it cancer), but that doesn't mean that all the necessary DNA information to produce a new human isn't still in there if you could remove whatever part is causing the cell to function improperly and grow out of control.

Abortion is murder....it doesn't matter if you abort a fetus at 4 weeks or if you murdered the baby after it was born. It is still murder! No matter what way you look at it.

Abortion should not even be considered under any law. Abortion ends the life of a helpless little baby. And, it is extremely unfortunate that some women say they have the "right" to kill their child. I would love to just take a woman who has had an abortion and just slap her across her face. That wouldn't even be enough for the woman. She should be put in prison for the rest of her life for murdering an innocent life!

We are not 100% positive that an aborted baby goes to Heaven. Since the irresponsible "mother" chooses to murder her innocent child, that little baby has never been taught about Jesus....

Every human (including baby in the mother's womb) has a purpose. God has given us all a purpose. God gives us choices in our lives. He expects us to do good. Abortion is not a good thing....no matter what way you look at it. If you truly believe in God, then you would never even consider an abortion. Life begins at conception.

You lost me when you said, "God said..." The laws should not force others to adhere to your religious beliefs. Society can determine that killing someone else should be illegal under certain circumstances but that should not have anything to do with God.

Society as a whole has not made the determination that abortion should be illegal, that is why there are pro-choice groups, because they disagree. The supreme court has ruled that government shouldn't interfere with a women's right to choice, so it is clear that society disagrees with your religious beliefs.

No on is going to force a women to have an abortion if she wants to carry a baby to term because of her religious beliefs and no one should force another women to have the baby if she doesn't share those same beliefs.

And no one has the right to murder a doctor for performing a legal act.
