Which US President did NOT speak English as a first language?

And no, I don't mean Obama, before some smart@ss says that. Which US President was not a native English speaker?

I wonder what his position on English-only would have been?

Update:

I guess I should have made it clear this is sort of a trivia question. One of the 43 men who have been President of the US did not speak English at home as a child and learned English as a second language. Who?

Update 2:

Not Bush, lol, but that's funny.

If I had to guess, it would be Martin van Buren.

Martin Van Buren. I would think as a President of the United States he would want English to be the official language of the country. Multi culturism and multiple languages eventually destroy a country.

I've read that Martin Van Buren spoke Dutch as a child.

Theoretically, yes, but it practice, it's about as likely as a president with three heads.
