I am sorry to say that I cannot tell you how to order them, but as a nurse working in the medical field, I can tell you I have taken care of many people that weigh more than your grandma and we have found diapers for them. You can try searching for incontinence and that kind of topic. Also, if you can find a local medical supply store in the area where you live, you may be able to find it there. Usually medical supplies are cheap even at supply stores, I am practicing wound care at home and I bought everything I needed to get for wound care under two dollars. Good luck.
