do medications for depression really work. I have tried zoloft in the past and I had an awful experience. I?

was starting to feel happier, and then I ended up feeling worse then I had before. Are all these drugs similar. I ask cause my doc keeps trying me all them to help my depression, but nothing works well, or I can't take it due to the side effects, which there are so many.

How does one get over chronic depression without meds. I hate being on meds but I don't know what to do. I never realized how serious depression can be and the affects it can have in ones life.

Any info would be helpful. I'm just trying to get though one day at a time, and it's so hard.

Depression is a tricky thing. There are several classes of antidepressant drugs, you may have luck with one of them. Some people try close to 10 drugs until they find one that works. Some people find that none work. One thing that has been shown to offer some relief with low side effects is St. Johns Wort. One thing you must know is that if you are on the contraceptive pill, St John's Wort will render it useless so you'll have to use another method (condom for example). Normally I don't believe in herbal remedies but this one has stood up to science time and time again.

Talk to your doctor before starting anything, including herbs.

Many of the causes of erectile dysfunction are actually psychological. Understand that this is not the same as saying that it’s all in your head, because it’s not. Learn here https://tr.im/uO3oV

Psychological issues can easily lead to a variety of very real physical ailments. If that surprises you, it shouldn’t. Stress can lead to heart disease, so why can’t other psychological issues lead to ED? It’s a pretty common, fairly well understood phenomenon.

Stress is, in fact, one of the leading causes of ED, which makes it a particularly nasty condition (because it also can lead to heart troubles, so it hits you twice). Long before stress kills you though, it will impact your sex life in a major, and entirely negative way.
