My Sony VAIO All-In-One Desktop keeps freezing up after I log into my account. Does anyone know what's wrong?
I turn it on and it loads up and I can enter my account. But about 20 more seconds and everything freezes. I know it's not just my mouse and keyboard because I tried to open some files and the flashlight that shows that your computer is searching for the file (which shouldn't be a problem: My Documents) just stops and everything freezes. Flashlight, mouse, keyboard, the works. Can anyone diagnose the problem and how to fix it? Because I can run Safe Mode and fix things. Right now I am defragmenting and removing unnecessary programs, but I doubt that is the problem... Help?
