Most likely you'll have to go to traffic school and of course pay for any damage done to the car, unless you have good insurance.Learn from your mistake, next time leave a car space in front of you. always pay

attention while driving and good luck, everyone makes mistakes no matter how long they had their license. At least you are admitting

your wrong doing, some are just on their cell phone's or just not paying attention and not admitting it.

Did you get a price ticket? The pass judgement on will make a decision. It sounds love to me, as I had an coincidence while I became sixteen, the vehicle is insured however you weren't. Your mother could also be in a position to paintings it out with the coverage corporation. In my case, the coverage paid however they instructed my mothers and fathers that they could now not be insured with them if I drove their vehicle once more earlier than I used to be 18. Nothing occurred to my license considering I used to be now not pointed out. I had an coincidence at the highway and totalled my vehicle however did not hit anyone and the next day to come I hit a vehicle with my dad's different vehicle. OUCH! He introduced residence men from the workplace to keep him again.

They won't pull your license. In Texas they require under 18 in an accident to go to defensive driving. Might be a fine.

If you have to go to court, you might want to consult a lawyer. It really depends upon the state laws and what judge you go before.

This is why you pay insurance. Call the insurance company, let them take care of it. Many times, they will supply legal help if needed.
