Does segregation both infuriate and confuse anyone else?

The whole fact that someone who is black chemically is almost the same as someone white chemically apart from a different level of pigment in our skin? We discriminate against people in the Middle East as they are living in a culture they have lived in and a religion they follow.

But even on a social level? Why at high schools are there social cliques are we really that simple that we need to have friends and enemies?

When was a heirarchy predefined?

Update:

Leonel i am just saying the CHEMICAL build up is the same. So i was still correct.

Update 2:

+ I was not saying we are all the same appearance ¬_¬ as that would be contradictory.....

It confuses the **** out of me. Why are they any different? Racism and segregation pisses me off. Even when the segregation is in a "politically correct" way, it's still segregation. Why should race even be brought into anything? We are all equal. The only time I mention someone's race is when I'm trying to describe someone so the other person knows who I'm talking about.

  • Well, I think it's natural to gravitate towards people that you're familiar with.

When I was in high school, there were cliques but everyone got along. There were just people you hung out with more often than others. Growing up I lived around black people, and those same black people from my neighborhood are the same ones I hung out with in school. Of course I made friends of different races, we just didn't sit together at lunch or during a break... Well, we did SOMETIMES but it wasn't often.

Everyone wants to be able to identify with something or someone else, to belong to something larger. It is mere ignorance that separates one group from the next, and it is human nature to fear what one does not know. The key is to educate ourselves about our differences, then the fear diminishes, and segregation would not be necessary.

Do you honestly believe that skin color is the only difference between whites and blacks? Do you think a dark skinned white person would look black? He would probably look indian. And why do you think that albino blacks don't look like white people? There are different facial features and skull shapes but your too big of a liberal to notice.

Segregation only exists where you allow it into your heart.

I don't see any segregation in a free society.
