Nervous? No, not at all. Detroit hasn't won at the Igloo in this series. As far as getting in the head of the mentioned players, hard to say. I guess we'll know after game 6. The Pens had a meltdown in game 5 (according to Bylsma) and should rebound in front of the home crowd. Here's to a game 7.

Never nervous; the doings of professional athletes rarely engender any emotional response from me.

I would prefer the Pens win because I have grown up watching them and am happy when they prevail.

Shocked they made it this far.

Having been at a game Jan 3rd against Florida where MAF got pulled after giving up 2 soft goals on 4 shots and the replacement giving up 2 more on the next 3 shots. At that point I was pretty sure this team was DOA. My folly; a couple of decent trades and a new coach made a bigger difference than I would have thought.

I always thought the Wings were a better team all around than any other in the Playoffs and felt that the Pens weren't any better than last year; so I am not surprised that this will probably end in 6 again.

Even if it goes to 7; I see the Wings prevailing.

Hey now. You have been on yahoo!Answers Bashing the penguins, and in fact any other team that detroit played. Well, I personally think it was people like you who may have jinxed detroits game, because guess what? Penguins won! So NO I am NOT scared! And don't complain about "Luck" Or "A Fluke" Because for a team to lose 5-0 then to come back and win two games against the defending champs takes more than luck!

Oh, how was your party? I remember you saying you were throwing one when the red wings won! Was it fun?

The Wings at one factor have been all the way down to Anaheim and that they controlled to win the sequence, so no, i'm no longer apprehensive in any respect. despite if the Wings lose pastime 5, I nevertheless is merely no longer apprehensive with the aid of fact i've got considered them come back and win a chain after being down 3-2. permit me ask you this: have been you apprehensive whilst the Pens have been all the way down to the Caps? all the Pens did in prevailing 2 video games at domicile became carry serve. Now its a maximum suitable of three so don't get cocky yet. think of Malkin or Crosby no longer enjoying in those first 4 video games, thats tremendously lots the way it became for the Wings without Datsyuk Osgood is a playoff examined goaltender who has won the Cup, so i'm tremendously confident the Pens are not in his head. undergo in suggestions the Pens are coming lower back to the Joe for pastime 5 so watch those problematic boards Fleury!

The answer to question is no I am not nervous. Anything could happen and the series is not over just cuz the Pens lost last night 5-0, it just takes the series into game 6 back on home turf!! Any team can have an off day and well the Pens had theirs last night.

    Lets go Pens!!!

I'm not nervous. I have faith in our Coach I guess. Blame it on being a Steelers fan and being used to the fiery temper of Cowher(Tomlin is still new before people bring up that Cowher isn't the coach any more). I'm used to a Coach that is going to take control over his team. I wouldn't want to be one of the Penguins though. All I know is they will deserve whatever they get for the way they were acting tonight.

Add: Laughing at the Thumbs up for Red Wings fans, and the FIRST Penguins fan, who give a legit answer to the question at hand, gets thumbs downed. Guess this shows SOME people don't want to hear the truth.

Add: First off when I came on killswitch had only the thumbs down and the Red wings fans had the thumbs up, so if you don't like my comment then next time read it right after I make it to see my logic. The comment wasn't about me, although I think your just annoyed by me and I don't care. As to bringing up the Steelers(I don't call them the Stillers on here) if you read the context you'd understand it ONCE AGAIN YOU NEED TO FOLLOW CONTEXT. The context was about a COACH WHO COULD CONTROL THE TEAM. Would you prefer me to mention Bowman instead? That's been quite awhile for the Penguins, even if that was the last time they won the Cup, and his connection to the Wings really makes me not want to use his name.

hey i wouldn't get too confident just yet. Although I'm still hoping the Wings take it in 6, you've seen how EXCELLENT the Pens play on home-ice. And if you think we got in their heads, Did you watch game 4? Detroit was mentally out of the game.

No But If the Pens lose to Detroit at home then I would be Concerned alright because Detroit Holds the Cup One More Time.

Bring it, Pittsburgh! Looks like the Wings can take away the cup for consecutive years.... it can happen on the Pens turf too.

Okay every fan should be nervous until the final horn.

The Pens looked like the hawks did toward the end of the series. Out of control and rattled.
