Does anyone else think a CM Punk-Jeff Hardy fued is going to be awesome?

I agree with you i think we're going to see CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy sometime maybe Edge will be included because he does have a rematch clause as well. I seriously hope CM Punk turns heel because he plays the role of a heel so much better than when he's a face. I'm not sure if he'll turn heel though because than Smackdown will be overcrowded with heels and CM Punk was cheering and celebrating with the fans not exactly a heel if you try to connect with the fans like that. I think Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk would be awesome their styles would go well with each other and we've never seen these two go one on one i think it'll be exciting and something worthwhile to watch. CM Punk's technicality and high flying vs Jeff Hardy's daredevil style. I can't wait for these two to feud.

CM Punk is a phenomenal heel people just haven't see his old days in ROH and in the indies. CM Punk was such a great heel he would have given Jericho Edge and Orton a run for their money too bad WWE is PG we'll see a limited watered down version of his heel gimmick. I loved CM Punk as a heel he gained tremendous heat each time and i liked how he played his role insulting the fans and really making you think he's better than you. CM Punk has great wrestling ability he's better than the majority of the WWE roster he's just watered down. On the mic he's great as well he just doesn't get enough mic time he had great charisma as a heel too which would make him a total package if he really went heel.

I can't wait for the next Smackdown and hear what CM Punk has to say and i wonder if Punk really has turned heel because he was cheering and celebrating with the fans. If he did turn heel he's doing a great job already making people hate him. CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy would be something new and exciting. Jeff Hardy is immensely popular with the fans i would be shocked to see CM Punk still getting cheered and being a face. Matt Hardy in his myspace said Jeff is staying in WWE he's just going to take a break so i think a heel turn is coming for CM Punk.

BQ: Edge has a rematch clause as well since he lost the title. Edge will most likely be involved in the Punk vs Jeff Hardy and maybe we'll see a triple threat match at The Bash which is likely. Edge will once again be champion at some point and he'll defend his title to major faces and lose his title again to someone again.

I think it will be an awesome feud for sure. I have a feeling it will start off as a respectful and competitive rivalry, and if Punk wins the first match, he will begin with a new arrogant attitude and bring back the ROH "Straight Edge means I'm better than you", thus making Punk the awesome heel that he used to be.

Then, after a title change or two, end in in a Winner Takes All TLC match around December. If you win, you get the title. If you lose, you are fired from WWE on the spot. Hardy wins the match and Punk is forced to leave WWE, and when his no-compete contract runs up, he goes back to ROH where he costs Tyler Black the World title and joins Age of the Fall.

Yeah, I can dream.......

BQ- Tough to say at this point, but if I had to guess, I would say he feuds with Rey Mysterio while the writers try to come up with a deeper storyline for him.

I think WWE is hedging their bets with this move. If Jeff Hardy lets his contract expire and leaves, Punk moves into the top face spot for Smackdown and can have feuds with Edge (and Jericho) for the next few months. If Hardy sticks around, Punk can do a slight heel turn and feud with Hardy. It puts Punk between a true babyface (Hardy) and a true heel (Edge). They'll probably play musical chairs with the belt for a few months and set up a big SummerSlam match with two of them or maybe even all three.

BQ: Edge stays in the title picture. They're keeping Jericho busy with the Mysterio feud (at least til Taker comes back) and Edge and Jericho are the two best heels in the company. Also, at this point Edge's character is too tied up in the belt, much like Triple H has been (you know, for about 10 years now). You have to keep Edge around the belt.

I think it;ll happen, punk will probably turn heel, i'd like 2 c them turn matt hardy back if they turn punk, u gotta feel bad for matt in real life with everything thats happened, and he had 2 pretend 2 hate is own brother and have his only parent watch it. anywayz jeff said wwe is probably going 2 work out a deal with him.

BQ: i hope edge will be used 2 make the IC title an important championship again, then lose it 2 hbk or somethin. speaking of IC the US title needs 2 be taken a little more seriously 2, kofi, mvp, and matt hardy need the big one by now, regal doesn't really fit in that picture.

If Punk turns heel, yes I think it could be an awesome feud. Especially if he does his Straightedge gimmick from his ROH days...where he just plain old hated people for doing drugs, and drinking alcohol. Considering Jeff's past it could work well, they could use that as a way to get Punk over as a heel.

BQ: After his divorce from Vickie, maybe Vickie wants some kind of revenge on Edge. Edge will want to stay in the WHC picture, but Vickie might not let him and try to get back at him.

Punk + Heel = AWESOME if you have ever seen his ROH work he was a heel and did great work there he is great on the mic given the chance and I think he will get the chance as a heel.

I hope Punk turns heel if he does then WWE has made the right choice

Yeah Jeff Hardy Punk feud is great and it takes Edge out of the title picture (great wrestler just gets annoying and I get bored of him as champion at some point)

Edge maybe a heel vs heel rivalry for the IC title with none other than Chris Jericho

That would be awesome Punk and Hardy have 2 Completely different Styles and if they clash it would mesh perfectly.

yeaah i think that they are going to fued, probs at the great american bash that they are going to go against eachother. if jeff hardy stays with the wwe. like i love jeff hardy and i LOVED cm punk but now idk. i hate when both of my fave wrestlers go against eachother but im starting not to like cm punk. but yeah hopefully jeff hardy stays, oh and edge he is probably crying right now and like cussing vickie out. he is such a loser. oh and he will probably do the same thing he did with cena when cena won the WHC he will bring him out and tell cm punk he is going crazy, but idk. i think teddy is going to be like edge your not getting another shot. hopefully at the bash cm punk and jeff hardy will go against eachother.
