given which you're point 2 you shouldn't have any shrink on answering individuals's questions? So feels like a fault on your device? You do have a shrink on how many questions you are able to ask, which will circulate up once you get to point 3..

Then go vote on unanswered question and build up your points again. It is a vicous circle but the faster you reach level 7 you will no longer have your problem.
