Scoring an old person willing to accept your sexual advances is wonderful enough as it is. Acquiring worms from said transaction is a substantial bonus.

worms are the same thing your dog has, trust me, if you had it you would easily notice (you poop out worms) and if the elderly person has worms then yes, you can get it by even just kissing them. but it passes
