Can you replace veggies with fruits and stay healthy..?

hi

can a person stay healthy and have good skin without eating any kind of vegetables but lots of fruits along with proteins, nuts and everything.

in other words, can a person replace his/her vegetable intake with fruits?

i'm crazy about almost all kinds of fruits but i cant stand any kind of vegetables

    If you truly want a well balanced diet, you cannot replace vegetables with anything. Vegetables are low-cal (lower than fruits, for the most part), a terrific source of fiber, and (most importantly) contain antioxidants that fruits don't have.

    I don't like vegetables either. But I am forcing myself to eat meals with vegetables in them. If you try, you can find recipes that have veggies, but that don't really taste like vegetables. It takes effort, but it can be done.
