yes you can
it says right on the condom box that condoms do not protect against std's and pregnancy 100%. they are about 95% effective, maybe a little more, but there is still the chance of pregnancy
sperm can get through microscopic pores in the condom, and afterall it only takes one sperm to make a baby

If he used it exactly right--putting it on before he makes any kind of contact with you, leaving it on until he withdraws, and using a new one if you go again--then the condom is 90-something % effective.
If he didn't use it exactly right, then that effectiveness goes out the window.
