Take your puppy to the vet right now. Ibuprofen is toxic to dogs and a puppy that small could possibly die from ingesting a single pill. This is a medical emergency and needs to be seen by a VET right away.

Take that dog in now!!!! I'm not even kidding. My dog got into a bottle of Aleve when she was a puppy and she threw up twice the next day. We called the vet and they were like, BRING HER IN NOW!!! Well thank god we did, she had bleeding ulcers and was on meds for a few weeks. She had bloody diarrhea. We were honestly extremely lucky that her kidneys and liver were not injured or shut down, because that is a result of a dog ingesting that type of medication. Please, please get your dog to the vet even if you have to go to the emergency vet, this can kill your dog!

You should feed him some riceballs or have him drink a lot of water. The riceballs usually pick up the stuff before its effective.
