Why does the far left, tho not the Democratic Party in general, hate Israel?

Those Jews in Israel look white to me. Only the really far left, if anyone, hates Israel. Last time I checked, most Jews vote Democrat.

this is truly a stretch. many jewish people are democratic members. since they are also a minority in this country they too know the stigma the right has placed upon minorities. mr. von brunn is just the latest person to remind them how some people in this country feel about them. when it comes to israel it is the national policy of that nation that many people on the left take issue with. as far as people of jewish descent are concerned i have no issues with them and find them to be a well rooted and interesting community.

Probably because the right likes Israel, if the right stopped supporting Israel then the left would start supporting it just to cause means for political debate.

But the truth it the Israelis are just as violent as the Palestinian militants, both sides will not be able to coexist sadly. But its justifiable, Israel just wants to succeed and not be another mid-east hell hole and Hamas, Hesbollah, etc just want to liberate their homeland from the "invaders".

The Jews have been hated since time began and nothing is going to change that. It has always been the far left leaning liberals that foment hate and the destruction of the Jewish people.

I am far right & do not hate Israel or anywhere else for that matter. So I can't tell you why if your question is not based on the truth.
