Test your eye! What's wrong with this picture?

So, for all of you who are as bored as I am . . .

Take a look at this pic. http://s720.photobucket.com/albums/ww210/jumpn4joy...

Pay attention to the details. Tell me what is wrong in the picture. I'm looking for one specific thing. First person to find the one I'm thinking of gets best answer.

Oh, and feel free to say wonderful things about my horse :)

Update:

Good guesses so far, but no.

DJ: It's a jumper course, I'm looking at my next jump.

Eventing: The chinstrap - yeah, that's bad, but it was before they changed the rule that adults had to have chinstraps

Stasha: Back boot is on correctly - I think the mud just makes it look funny.

Update 2:

and you were right the first time - it's a HER. Shadows make it hard to tell there :)

Update 3:

Saddle pad is okay - You can use whatever color you want in the jumpers.

HINT: You need to know the function of the specific pieces of tack . . .

Update 4:

And we have a winner. Horsemadangel! Yes, the rein stops are meant to go between the martingale rings and the bit to prevent the rings from getting caught at the front of the reins or on the bit :)

That was fun. Entertained me for a few minutes at least :)

The martingale stop is on the wrong side :) It should be on the bit side to stop the martingale slipping forward. am i right? lol

  • The martingale/bit stops on the reins should be in between the bit & the martingale. It looks like it is behind the martingale rings.

    Saddle pad should be white.

Guess 2, the rein stop should be in front of the ruining martingale rings.

Your martingale stops are on the wrong side of the martingale ring along the reins.

    Gorgeous horse by the way

the martinglae stops are on teh wrong side, although i have seen people ride with them on this side, especially when going x country where the hands go so far forwards when jumping so stop the martingale getting caught up in the hands.

Someone already won, but I just wanted to say what a fun question!

It was so much more interesting than the usual "I am 13 years old & my mom & dad are mean they won't buy me a horse!" statements that so frequently seem to pop up here.

You should post more questions like this! I looked at the picture forever and eventually had to read the answer.

Ha, Whats over there, is there an ice cream truck?

    You should be looking forward.

I like these, they help me learn things about disciplines I'm not trained in.
