Who believes Obama is a 'God'?

No one, it was a poor choice of words on the speakers part.

Bush fuked up the country more than any president in recent history, so Obama won. Get over it. Anyone who had won would probably be looked at like a savior compared to the utter disaster that Bush was.

Anyone who compares Obama to God is a complete moron and is a useless human being to society. The guy hasn't even been in office for a year yet and so far nothing he's done has worked out well. Stop the madness.
