what would you do if you had surgery?

i had surgery in dec of 08 cause of arthritis in my thumb the doctor removed the tendon and placed it in the joint of my thumb he said it would be 6 months and everything would be fine well it has been 6 months and it is worse now than before the strength in my hand is gone can't make a fist sounds dumb but what can i do besides going back and saying it ain't right

    By all means go back to the doctor (or another doctor) but don't grumble about all that ails you. The thumb, yes, you may need some physical therapy. For the other things like not being able to make a fist, there may be more than one cause, including the arthritis.
