Does anybody have a remedy for pregnancy misery?

Ok so I am 7 weeks pregnant and miserable! Very happy to be pregnant, but I feel like crap. I feel a lot worse than I ever felt with my daughter.

I am nauseous all day long, but never throw up. I am exhausted an can barely keep my eyes open. My back aches and I am ONLY 7 weeks!!! I am always cramping, but never spot blood.

Just as miserable as somebody over the moon about pregnancy can be. Am I alone? Is there anything I can do for my nausea other than crakers and ginger ale and eating often and preggy pops? What do yall think?

Update:

I never really thought I should complain about nausea unless I was throwing up all the time. I think I will feel like a wuss for complaining about nausea when I never puke. Do you think they would still prescribe me something for it?

Trust me, I am right there with you. I'm almost 9 weeks and absolutely miserable most of the day. Always in a bad mood, always sick, always tired, I just hate this so far... I mean I really do feel blessed to be pregnant, and I can't wait to meet my baby... but right now I have a hard time telling myself it's worth it because I can't even feel my baby. I don't look pregnant. I just have the mood swings to prove it :/

I had a horrible 1st trimester with this pregnancy, a hell of a lot worse than with my 1st child. I just pretty much sucked it up, and took naps.

Your obgyn should be able to prescribe a pill to prevent nausea. I forgot what its called but yes. It won't harm your baby.

My girlfriend lost a whole semester of college and was around 7 weeks. I helped her through it with the best I could, but she took as many naps as she could, kept the trashcan close, and took lots of showers.

Try doing whatever you can to stay comfortable.

    Hope you feel better soon.
