- Overall superior product to AVG Free

- Light on resources

Cons:

I'd recomend not using AVG Free- no rootkits = sucks/ Try either Avira or Avast. Both are very good and free as well.

Go direct to the Grisoft site, the latest version is 8.5 I have been using AVG for some years now and have had no problems.

Try getting it from filehippo. Have you thought about using Avira Antivir though instead, it's better.
