guys/ girls who know about male pubic hair, is this natural?

Lately my pubic hairs have started acting funny. I check every morning and there is this reddish brown stuff on it that's like wet powder, it rubs off but the next day it's back again. Could you tell me what it is, is it serious or will it go away?

    Maybe its dead skin. The only thing you can do is keep it clean...maybe trim it back and see if that helps
