Clubbing in Edinburgh?

Hi,

Im going out for my 19th birthday in 2 weeks to Edinburgh. I have never been out in Edinburgh for clubbing before. I would like to know what are the best and most popular clubs to go to - quite near Princes Street/Waverly Station area please. I am looking for clubs like 'City' that is in Edinburgh - popular dance, clubby music - not any gothic/rock stuff or underground music stuff. Oh and also i am going out on a Friday night.

    sounds like something you'd like

    popular music, lit dancefloor and dress code is kind of smart

    you wont get in with trainers or just jeans and a hoodie but its not snobby

    and strict on id so you wont get any kids :P

    Hi, I am 17, so this means that next year I will start goin to nightclubs, so it would be fun to go clubbing in Edinburgh.
